Job Purpose: The successful candidate will be responsible for the coaching and development of apprentices through the Apprenticeship Standards. To carry out work based assessment of candidates in the work place and deliver training solutions to employers. Work closely with Supervisors in the work place to ensure that tasks undertaken by the candidate are both beneficial to the employer and allow the candidate to demonstrate competence against the standards. You will also work as part of a team supporting a range of knowledge modules and standards in accordance with awarding bodies.
Salary: Spot Point - £35,000
