Job Purpose:
To lead the direction of your provision throughout all aspects of curriculum delivery including retention, achievement, and destinations.
To lead and manage our SEND provision, Employability provision (Employability courses for speakers of other languages) and GET AHEAD Programmes.
To develop, support and manage your team to achieve outstanding success across all provision.
To regularly review and measure the quality of your provision, implementing actions where necessary.
